Instructions
Heat a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the ground pork (1 lb) and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the minced garlic (6 cloves) and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Pour in the soy sauce (¼ cup), vinegar (⅛ cup), water (¼ cup), and add the brown sugar (1 tsp). Stir to combine.
Add the oyster sauce (1 Tbsp) and black pepper (½ tsp). Mix well.
Add the trimmed and cut green beans (12 oz) to the mixture. Stir to coat the beans with the sauce.
Cover and simmer for about 5-7 minutes until the green beans are tender but still crisp.
Taste and adjust seasoning with salt if needed. Serve hot with steamed rice.
